General Conditions
Refunds, if applicable, will be made in accordance with the terms below. All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
Eligibility for Refund
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or “No Show”: No refund will be issued.
Processing Time
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation. Bank or transaction charges, if any, are non-refundable.
