Cancellation Policy

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

Guests may cancel their reservations by contacting our reservations department via phone or email. A cancellation is considered valid only after receiving written confirmation from Lotus Luxury Resort.

Resort-Initiated Cancellations

Lotus Luxury Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.)
  • Safety or operational concerns
  • Non-compliance with resort policies

In such cases, guests may choose between a full refund or date rescheduling, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior intimation will be treated as a no-show, and the entire booking amount shall be forfeited.
